I am Caroline.

I am a third-year medical student in Miami, driven by a deep commitment to improving health outcomes, particularly within marginalized communities. With a strong belief in the pursuit of health equity, I recognize the significance of dismantling barriers and acknowledging privilege in our daily decisions. Through fostering authentic, compassionate, and transparent relationships, I aim to cultivate community environments that empower and uplift individuals.

Also,

I have a love for travel and mentorship! A world traveler in the making; I lived in four countries growing up and have visited a total of 13 countries and counting (USA, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Togo, South Africa, Nigeria, Jamaica, United Arab Emirates, Oman, France, England, Switzerland, the Bahamas). On the mentorship side of things, I had what can be described as a convoluted journey to medicine and I love sharing my story with others and encouraging them to continue pursuing their dreams regardless of the circumstances.
